CSC AlgoTech is not currently an NSE-empanelled Algo Provider unless expressly stated otherwise on this website and supported by a valid exchange listing or approval.
CSC AlgoTech does not represent or imply that:
CSC AlgoTech is approved, endorsed, certified or recommended by NSE, BSE, SEBI, Tradetron or any broker;
A CSC AlgoTech strategy is automatically approved by an exchange merely because it is available through Tradetron;
Use of a CSC AlgoTech strategy will generate profits or avoid losses;
Tradetron’s status, approvals or permissions automatically extend to CSC AlgoTech.
CSC AlgoTech does not receive, hold, manage, transfer or control user funds, securities or trading capital.
CSC AlgoTech does not operate, manage or withdraw funds from the user’s brokerage or demat account.
Users must maintain their trading funds and securities directly with their chosen broker or other regulated intermediary.
Users must never transfer trading money to CSC AlgoTech, its employees, representatives or any personal bank account.
Any live trading or automatic order execution depends on the user’s broker, Algo Platform, API connectivity, exchange systems, internet connectivity, available margin and applicable broker or exchange requirements.
The user is responsible for:
Maintaining an active brokerage account;
Obtaining any required API or algo-trading permissions;
Providing accurate account and API information;
Maintaining sufficient funds and margin;
Reviewing broker and Algo Platform requirements;
Monitoring orders, positions, margin and account activity;
Disabling or disconnecting the strategy when appropriate;
Complying with all applicable broker and exchange rules.
CSC AlgoTech does not guarantee that any signal or strategy will generate, transmit, accept, execute, fill or settle an order.
Trading in securities, derivatives and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. Users may lose part or all of their trading capital.
Actual results may differ materially from backtested, simulated, paper-trading or historical results due to:
Market volatility;
Slippage;
Liquidity limitations;
Partial or rejected orders;
Delayed or missed signals;
Broker restrictions;
API or platform failures;
Internet or connectivity problems;

The User will comply with Tradetron’s and the broker’s terms.
The User must not:

Attempt to reverse engineer or obtain confidential strategy logic;

All CSC AlgoTech branding, logos, website content, strategy descriptions, written materials, documents, graphics, methodologies and other original materials are owned by CSC AlgoTech or licensed to CSC AlgoTech.

The Website may contain links to Algo Trading platforms, brokers, payment providers, analytics providers or other third parties.
CSC AlgoTech does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, performance or terms of third-party websites or services.
A third-party link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by CSC AlgoTech.
Subscription fees, access periods, renewal terms, and other applicable charges will be communicated to the user at the time of purchase.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, payment for the service does not constitute any assurance of trading profits or returns.
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription-related matters will be governed by the applicable refund and cancellation policy communicated at the time of subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSC AlgoTech shall not be liable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, consequential loss, slippage, delayed or missed orders, broker restrictions, exchange disruptions, Tradetron failures, API failures, internet problems or unauthorised access caused by the User.
CSC AlgoTech shall not be liable for matters outside CSC AlgoTech’s reasonable control or for services operated independently by Algo Trading platform, brokers, exchanges or other third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality, intellectual-property infringement or non-excludable statutory rights.
Subject to the above, CSC AlgoTech aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid directly to CSC AlgoTech by the User during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the extent permitted by law, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CSC AlgoTech, its directors, employees, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, penalties, costs and expenses arising from:
Breach of these Terms;
Misuse of the Website Services;
Violation of law, broker rules or platform terms;
Unauthorised use of the user’s account;
Inaccurate information provided by the user;
Unauthorised copying or use of CSC AlgoTech materials;
Misleading claims made by the user about CSC AlgoTech or its strategies.
Any marketing, performance information, testimonial, illustration or strategy description published by CSC AlgoTech is subject to the qualifications and risk disclosures shown with it.
Users must not interpret CSC AlgoTech marketing material as an NSE, BSE, SEBI, Algo platform or broker endorsement.
CSC AlgoTech may send service-related communications to Users who submit their contact details. Marketing communications shall be sent in accordance with applicable law and may be unsubscribed from where required.
CSC AlgoTech may suspend or terminate access to the website or related content if:
The User breaches these Terms;
The User misuses CSC AlgoTech materials;
Continued access creates legal, regulatory, security or operational risk;
A third-party platform or broker restricts access;
The Website or service is discontinued.
Termination shall not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

For subscription, account, execution or platform issues arising directly on Tradetron, the User should contact Tradetron through its official support channels. CSC AlgoTech may assist with coordination where reasonably possible, but cannot control Tradetron’s systems or decisions.
CSC AlgoTech may revise these Terms from time to time.
The updated version shall be published on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after publication of the revised terms may constitute acceptance, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
